Live In Beautiful SummerWood!
Experience creekside living in the Sherwood Park residential development of SummerWood. This lively area brings Creekside living to residents and offers year-round activities to visitors. SummerWood is best known for its charm, its parks, its natural green spaces, and its large estate homes. Take a drive to this area and you will want to buy a SummerWood Home For Sale!
The development is a convenient 25 minute drive to Edmonton’s Downtown Core and a 30 minute drive to the Edmonton International Airport. SummerWood is nestled between the communities of Lakeland Village to the North and Davidson Creek to the South. Since it’s located near the outskirts of Sherwood Park, residents can easily access Highway 21 to the East and Highway 16 (Yellowhead Trail) to the North. Cloverbar Road and Lakeland Drive make up the community’s West and South borders respectively.
As I mentioned before, SummerWood is a beautiful creekside community. Its network of parks and trails connect residents with nature, while giving the area a natural park-like atmosphere. SummerWood Homes for sale are placed on pie-shaped lots and back onto the creek.
If you want to live in this scenic, yet luxurious community contact me today. I currently have a beautiful property listed in SummerWood: a half duplex home with double garage. To view the listing click here. As a Real Estate “Tiger” I can help you find the SummerWood Home of your dreams!

Foxboro Is Sherwood Park’s Nature-Inspired Community
Situated in Sherwood Park’s southeast quadrant, the community of Foxboro effortlessly blends nature’s best qualities with modern homes. If you want to experience the great outdoors without leaving Sherwood Park, Foxboro is the place to be. One visit to this community and you will want to buy a Foxboro home for sale!
This large, mature Sherwood Park community can be found 30 minutes away from Downtown Edmonton and a mere 10 minutes away from Boag Lake. It’s neighboured by the communities of Foxhaven to the North, Glen Allan to the Northeast, Ranchlands to the East, The Ride as well as Regency Park Estate to the South, and Nottingham to the West. Highway 21 runs North to South along the community’s Eastern border and is adjacent to Cloverbar Road; which runs through Foxboro.
The community’s defining feature is its oneness with nature. It is difficult to visit this area and not take notice of the natural areas, the mature trees, or the nearby Heritage Wetlands. Scattered throughout the wetlands are viewing decks and seating areas. The natural beauty surrounding Foxboro includes: 32 acres of Nature Preserve, 5 acres of family-friendly parks, and 42 kilometer long Heritage Trail system.
Foxboro residents are also in close distance to nearby amenities, education institutions, and shopping districts. Foxboro homes for sale include single family homes, bi level homes, and bungalows. Some properties are located across Natural areas, or back onto Landscaped parks and trails.

Fun For The Whole Family!
As a mother of 3 I’m always looking for fun family events in and around Sherwood Park. Personally, I think kids should engage in a wide range of activities with balance between outdoor games, indoor games, virtual games, and artistic games. There are multiple activities for children to participate in at Millennium Place, so you can imagine how much I enjoy going there! It offers services for Sherwood Park residents of all ages and stages in life. Some of the things I love most out of Millennium Place include:
- Party Packages- Millennium Place has multiple birthday packages to choose from. They include full use of all the amenities (indoor playground, gym, climbing wall, swimming pool, ice rink, and youth lounge).
- Fun Factory- If you’re a recent parent, congratulations! Also, you too can visit Millennium Place without worrying about a sitter. The Fun Factory is a drop-in babysitting service for parents who are attending activities at Millennium. They have friendly staff to watch children from newborns to 5 year olds.
- Monthly Special Events- Millennium Place is having a Thanksgiving Charity Workout on October 14th! Admission is free with your Food Bank donation. Fitness classes include Zumba, and a Cycle & Bootcamp class. Click here for more information.
- Youth Activities- The Youth Lounge is open Fridays & Saturdays, they also have fitness activities for teenagers such as a teen fitness swim
The centre also has a Second Cup and Coyote Jacks! So if you’re looking for something to do with the family this weekend or during a long weekend, check out Sherwood Park’s Millennium Place- another great reason why Sherwood Park is the place to be!

I recently wrote an article for the Womanition Magazine on attitude. As you may have noticed, my marketing material and brand has a lot of animal print. Creating and establishing my brand in such a unique way was no easy task; however, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and show my personality without worrying what other people would think. I knew with the right attitude, positive things would come my way.
Now, I’m clearly not your average REALTOR® and that’s okay! Because I have an unfathomable love and respect for the industry. This passion allows me to provide my clients with the best possible service. Attitude truly is our most valuable asset.
